*Consent for these additional contacts, and the regularity of these contacts are contained in your lease, and consented to upon execution of your lease contract.

You may receive up to 2 marketing messages from our office per month; however, message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us, as we do not limit our ability to respond to your text, or our follow up in relation to business request or inquiries initiated by you.  Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier's plan.

4. Opt-Out Policy
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

5. Fees and Charges
Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. The Company is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier.
